Purpose

The AHA encourages anyone reporting a 关注 to identify himself or herself in order to facilitate the investigation of the 关注. However, 关注s may be submitted on a confidential and/or 匿名的基础. The AHA has and will maintain a system for reports of 关注s by any 代表 as well as people outside the organization.
